Problem:
This issue was reported to Lotus software Quality Engineering and has been
addressed in Domino 6.0.3 and 6.5. It is a regression issue from Domino 6.0.1.

Settings document returns error message: "Error: cDlgListbox is not defined".
This problem was introduced in 6.0.1 and fixed in 6.0.3.
To work around this issue:
1. Install a 6.x Notes Client.
2. Change the Design to the 6.0 PUBNAMES.NTF or below.
